I'm thinking beach weather already and we're not even done with the first week of the year. Makes me want to eat super clean, shop for summer clothes and tan! But I'm going to reel myself in here and think about what I can do right now, today to focus and feel good :)
Drink infused, filtered water with strawberry & mint to stay hydrated and glowing
Ditch old winter coats/tops hanging around that are taking up space and add them to my Green Drop donation pile
Hang a new frame in my living room - hit Paper Source for some fresh pallet ideas!
Eat a lean and green dinner (baked chicken + fresh greens + white beans).
Small things add up - if you actually do them! Off to a solid start. Have a healthy day <3
