Overnight Oats

Prepping your stuff the day before can be a game changer. It creates a grab and go option thats still healthy and delicious!

Overnight oats are on my list of favorites. Here's what I do!

Set up 4 mini mason jars. 

Grab 100 calorie packs of plain oats (Quaker or Gluten Free) and fill each jar with a packet. 

I then top the dry oats with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/3 banana, 1 drizzle of agave nectar and sometimes add in a dash of protein powder or coconut flakes for fun! 

Stir. Cap. Refrigerate. How easy is that!

By morning you will have a yummy meal to enjoy that will give you the energy you need to get through. Try it this weekend. It took me about 5 minutes to prep these 4 jars :)
