Ive been trying to make things in bulk so when those snacking pings get me, I have something healthy + filling to grab.
Enter my 5 ingredient bean dip that not only tastes awesome, but helps to supply you with fiber + quality carbs to keep you on your game.
Here's what you'll need:
1 can Goya black beans
1 can organic kidney beans (Trader Joe's, duh)
1/2 medium avocado (mashed)
1/3 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Sea salt + pepper to taste
Here's what you do!
Get a large bowl. Put all the ingredients in it.
Mix everything together really well and be sure the avocado is mashed up almost like a hummus texture.
Split mix into 4 servings. About 1/3-1/2 cup.
Eat with a serving of whole wheat crackers, cucumber slices, or red peppers!
