I'm excited to announce the upcoming Love Your Body Love Your Life 5-Day Challenge, starting Jan 29th! Some of you may know that I'm celebrating TEN years of business in 2018. Wow! Looking back, I've learned so much as a woman and as a woman in business. But it's you guys, my clients + friends, who've pushed me and kept me creating content year after year. I have so much knowledge to share with you all and I'm looking forward to rolling it out over the course of 2018, starting with this 5-day challenge!
What is the Love Your Body challenge?
I'm calling this a challenge because eating well, staying consistent with your workouts and keeping a clear mind can be tough. We do a lot every day and often times, leaves ourselves out so this is an attempt to bring the focus back. This isn't a detox or a "drop 10 pounds overnight" fix.
What do I get?
My SerenaFit Agenda (15+ pages) for you to use over the 5 days. I've included breakfast, lunch + dinner menus, snack + drink lists, a full week worth of workouts and two pages of mindfulness. I'm so excited for you all to see it.
