I'm so happy to be working with Molly Doyle Fitness out of Minneapolis, MN for the month of June!
She's coaching Cardio Barre, a fun mixture of traditional barre method work combined with challenging add-ons that'll get your heart pumping. For the month of June, she will coach every Monday morning from 7am-730am on the All Access Subscription.
I'm so excited to try her class and hear how much you love it when you try it too! You'll need a small band, high top surface / chair and a mat to take the class, however she told me you can improvise no matter what equipment you have at home :)
