Matcha Tea Latte

Matcha has come up in so many conversations as of recent. I love it because It has a lot of health benefits:

  • Is packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg
  • Boosts metabolism and burns calories
  • Detoxifies effectively and naturally
  • Calms the mind and relaxes the body
  • Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
  • Enhances mood and aids in concentration

Also, it's the equivalent of drinking 10 regular cups of green tea which is a major metabolism booster and fat buster. Yay for that!
