SerenaFit Salmon

Salmon is packed with greatness. 

Adding this quick + easy salmon bake into your weekly menu will not only help you stay on top of your omega-3 fatty acid intake, but it'll get your protein macros up to where you want them to be: Over 90g! 

We make this at least twice a week, sometimes more, because it's tasty, easy + healthy. Give it a try!

1: Pre heat oven 375 degrees

2: Grease 8x8 pyrex pan with 1 tbsp coconut oil. You can also use an oven pan or foil. 

3: Place two 4-5oz salmon fillets nicely, side by side in the pan. My favorite salmon is the family pack that Whole Foods sells for $21. You get 6 fillets! 

4: Season accordingly: I do cracked pepper + lemon to keep it simple or sometimes we go fancy and use a salmon rub that you can find at any spice shop! Dill is a nice addition too. Switch it up to keep the dish fresh. 

5: Place salmon in oven and bake for 20m. At 20m take it out and splash a few dashes of lemon juice over the fish then to keep it from dying out and then put it back in for 5 more minutes. At 25m remove and let sit for 3 minutes. 

6: Serve with a heaping side of cooked veggies or fresh salad! Enjoy!
