6 week program - $199


1-40 Minute Phone Consultation

Here you will uncover your challenges. Let's get clear on what needs to change. Maybe it's sugar cravings, maybe it's late night eating, but it's that you're not eating enough. Whatever it is, talk it out here with Rebecca and set goals to banish the bad habits for good. You'll also talk about food preferences (vegan, gluten free, etc) and your meal plan.

1-Meal Plan

This meal plan is the best. I know from personal experience. After your phone consultation, Rebecca will deliver your (7 day) meal plan within a week, that tells you exactly what to eat! She gives you multiple choices on what to have for breakfast, snack 1, lunch, snack 2 and dinner. If you want to make the changes, you will stick to this. It's about learning what works and then following through!

 

6-Check in Calls

Here is your accountability! Set up weekly check-in calls (15 minutes) to hold yourself accountable, talk about challenges or foods that aren't working, travel strategies or whatever else you need to keep yourself on track. You want to stay on your plan so you can report back all the great stuff you're doing, like cooking at home and packing your lunches!

1-Transition Call

 

Your 6th call. Start looking at your fitness more closely! Here you can continue the check in calls or get a revised meal plan and talk about next steps to ensure long term success.
