Take this body busting 30 minute class every Monday ( 630am) + Friday (730am) morning. We're combining it all - booty, abs, arms, legs, core & cardio. Don't believe me? Sign up! My speciality is circuit training, which conditions the body to move functionally, efficiently and as one unit. Total body work is my bread and butter (the healthy kind) and this class, will no doubt, leave you feeling energized and strong. 

This class will run about 30 minutes. Don't expect a lot of rest time. You'll need a yoga mat, 5lbs weights and water to get started!
