We don't have a lot of time in the day, so this class is curated with those jet setters in mind. We will run through 15 minutes of core strength variations and move right into 15 minutes of non stop, body weight cardio. 

This is an in and out workout. We burn up those calories from the weekend, and work efficiently, together. There's minimal rest and lots of movement. Grab your mat, some water and you're set!
