45 Minute 1-1 Training

Work with me, Serena, each week to get in a full length workout to not only feel your best, but to look your best. Expect LOTS of variety and customization here. We can get so much done and we will. Circuit training is my specialty. We will run through total body work and progress into more challenging sets. 

We will review nutrition, chat about challenges you're running into and can review off day workouts and meal plans too.  Purchase comes with a 25% discount to the All Access Subscription.  

 

Accountability Call 

This package yields one or four check in calls with me that run 15 minutes in duration. 

Check in with me each week for 15 minutes to learn, understand, adapt and implement how to eat and when. Stay accountable during these calls + work through any challenges you may be experiencing. These calls are game changers - case and point. Accountability is everything in the beginning. Let's go!

basic Meal Plan or Custom Plan 

The SerenaFit Lean Meal Plan is a very easy way to start sorting through all of this and should be a part of everybody's SerenaFit experience. It focuses on scheduling, portion control, nutrients, grocery purchases, supplements, proper snacking and more. 

If you need a more intensive meal plan, we can discuss a custom plan to be sure we're addressing your preferences. Ideally, you pair this with the nutritional check in calls, offered above. They go hand in hand.
