Work with me, Serena, each week to get in a 30 min express session to not only help you feel your best, but to look your best. Cue me up anywhere using a strong internet connection, your cell or laptop! We will review nutrition, chat about challenges you're running into and can review off day workouts and meal plans too. Purchase comes with a 25% discount to the All Access Subscription. This is an amazing way to stay on track if you travel a lot. 

 

45 Minute 1-1 Training

Work with me, Serena, each week to get in a full length workout. Expect LOTS of variety and customization here. We can get so much done and we will. Circuit training is my specialty. We will run through total body work and progress into more challenging routines. We will review nutrition, chat about challenges you're running into and can review off day workouts and meal plans too.  Purchase comes with a 25% discount to the All Access Subscription.  

 

Accountability Call 

This package yields up to 4 check in calls with me that run 15 minutes long. This is my FAVORITE service to offer because this is where we dive deeper into what's preventing you from sticking to a routine. We learn together and that's what most people don't want to do on their own. Check in with me each week to learn, understand, adapt and implement new strategies. Stay accountable! These calls are game changers. Accountability is everything. 

 

Work With a Nutritionist

Get your eating, meal prep game and nutrition on track with private coaching. Working with Rebecca will take the guessing game out of your weekly menu and will hold you accountable! That's what we all really need - that tight follow up on what exactly we're doing outside of our session to either support or sabotage our efforts.

We're offering two plans - one geared towards tweaks and maintenance, the other; a full commitment to making long term changes.
