Grab 3-5lb hand weights to add a unique challenge to our punch and kick combos. This is a fun class and really gets your body moving in a dynamic way. All levels welcome! 30m in length.

Newly reprogrammed; expect to power through 20 minutes of non stop, body weight cardio work backed with 10 minutes isolated abs. This is a challenge but all levels welcome. No weights required. See you online!

Using bodyweight and 3-5lb weights, get ready to tone and sculpt your entire body through cardio + strength stations.

This workout is the best way to get your day going, feeling balance and fresh!

Wake up to strengthen, lengthen, tuck and tone. This class is a mixture of classical Pilates moves and a little creativity. A great way to support and enhance your SerenaFit workouts. No weights or accessories needed, see you on the mat!

 

Get set to work through timed stations that focus on strength endurance. The Tabata timer has you working hard for 30 seconds, resting for 10 and repeating for 8 rounds. Yowza!

Grab your 5-8lb hand weights and work through 30m of nonstop, total body work. We will run through circuits that are timed and incorporate core, cardio blasts, upper and lower body exercises. All levels welcome!

Slow flow on the mat including some breath work. We will set intentions for the week ahead and round out our weekend on a relaxed, focus note!
