Wake up your mind and body with a jolt of cardio and conditioning. Using bodyweight and free weights, you’ll work through alternating 1-minute strength and cardio rounds with exercises like jump squats, planks & lunges to transform your entire body. The workout may be on the early side, but we promise you won’t need coffee after this effective, heart-pumping workout.
Tuesdays - 6:00am
Kickstart that six-pack and cinch your waistline with a core focused workout. In this workout you’ll focus on isometric (holds), obliques, lower back, and functionality using 20-45 second intervals with moves like Russian twists, plank jacks, jackhammers, and plank series. Strengthen your stomach muscles and break a sweat! This is a great class to strengthen your center of movement while maximizing your time.
Fridays - 6:30am
This class moves slower and is more relaxed compared to the others. It will relax you and ease small aches + pains that may have come up during other other workouts. We focus on breath and alignment as well and will end with yummy poses to open tight areas of the body.

Serena has over ten years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked with hundreds of people to improve their lives through health and wellness. Her mission is to provide a healthy solution for people who feel lost at the gym, are tight on time and want to see results from their efforts. When you work with Serena you will feel supported + guided as you learn proper form, how to push yourself and to stay consistent.

Saba’s classes incorporate a balance of strengthening flow followed by restorative poses that help you gently open those tight areas of your body. She roots her own practice in principles of inclusivity, self-love, and healthy body image. Grab your mat, come with a present mind, and leave feeling rejuvenated! Namaste, yogis!

Britney loves the outdoors, hunting, playing softball, lifting, and being super active. She’s all about family, friends and living life to the fullest. She’s competed in powerlifting and is currently training to compete in her first figure competition. Come to Britney’s classes prepared to sweat and have a good time! Don’t forget your weights and mats!

Tesha holds two master's degrees, one in Sports Psychology and one in Exercise Rehabilitation Science, with an Advance Graduate Certificate in Public Health. Currently she is completing her Health Coaching Certification and her CHP.
Tesha loves bringing fitness and health to all those she meets. She takes pride in meeting people wherever they are on the fitness journey. She is a huge sports enthusiast, she enjoys playing and watching almost every sport!

Tracy is the owner of Tracy Leigh Fitness. She also holds a bachelor’s in psychology, master’s in criminal justice, and paralegal certificate - all from her former life!
Tracy’s pop-up classes will always be full body strength training. She loves ending her sessions with burpees, mountain climbers, plank jacks or any other exercises that feel super high energy. It helps everyone push past limits, mental blocks, and stresses. Tracy believes we are so much stronger than we think, and can’t wait to see you in the Studio!
