Yoga HIIT with Coach Tesha

Invigorate your yoga practice with energy, strength, and a little cardio, by joining Coach Tesha for HITT yoga. We will be combining our Asana practice with some high-intensity interval training — think Goddess Pose Jumping Jacks. This work out will challenge you, to push through plateaus, strengthen your yoga practice, and your heart

Expect to:

  • Burn up to 200 calories

  • Challenge your conditioning + build strength

  • Have fun

  • Learn something new to add to your weekly routine

  • Get in a great workout, at home or in your hotel room
