HIIT Cardio with Coach Tracy

This class is a cardio based workout! Using intervals of body weight exercises and cardio bursts, expect to get your heart rate up, build endurance and sweat. We will use bodyweight and intensity to make this class a challenge!

Expect to:

  • Burn up to 200 calories

  • Improve your cardio conditioning

  • Have fun

  • Learn new moves to add to your own off-day routine

  • Get in a great workout, right at home
