Pilates with Melissa F. from Skinny Affair

Rise, shine and wake your muscles up with my 30 minute at-home pilates workout. This is my go to at home workout to sculpt, stretch and focus on abs, legs and glutes (and a little bit of arms). When we’re done, we’ll feel ready to conquer the day! 

Melissa is the founder of SkinnyAffair.com, a lifestyle website devoted to wellness, style and everything in between. 

Expect to:

This is a free event and is open to 20 people. First come first served. An open space, yoga mat, small free weights and water are all recommended but not required.
