Coach Tracy is back with a total body workout!
Rather than focusing on intensity, she will focus on building strength.
This workout will be broken down into four parts: 10 minutes upper body burn, 10 minutes lower body burn, 10 minutes of core work + 5-10 minutes of stretch!
You will need 5 lb free weights or weights that you know you safely work with, an open space and a device that has a strong wi-fi connection.
